Dave Triffit and friends are taking part in the Blenheim Triathlon, raising money for DEBRA in memory of "the Mullet", aka Jonny Wilson, a glorious soul who tragically died late in 2006.
Adrian Crookes ran the Reading Half Marathon back in March, in aid of the Cranio Facial Unit at Oxford Children's Hospital. A cause close to his and Nicola's hearts as their daughter Lucy underwent specialist surgery for this rare condition. With help from old pal Dil, Adrian managed to raise around £8000. A jolly fine effort!
